i downloaded the visa application formit says the dates should be in a yy-mm-dd form.

I downloaded the visa application form and it says the dates should be in a YY-MM-DD form.However the form changes them automatically to YYYY-MM-DD forms. Should I leave the date sections blank and write them in the desired form by hand. Or it's okay to leave it in YYYY-MM-DD form?thanks

Mr.Liad, do you download the new visa application form of PRC, I download the form, but it doesn't automatically change into YYYY-MM-DD form, if the form is new, it doesn't matter to leave it in YYYY-MM-DD form.
