iam a phd student in kazakhstan.

Question

iam a Phd student in Kazakhstan. i have a valid registration to live in Kazakhstan tell 11/09/2010 (they periodically  extend it every September for a year, this is their system in Kazakhstan) and i have Kazakh visa (valid tell 31/08/2010)and i want to go to China (Urumqi) for truism for one month and they refused to give me the visa. Why tell me please is the problem that my visa will end at 31/08/2010 or what?i introduced all the required documenttell me please what i should do

Generally, if you apply for a visa to China, you need a residendent permit in a third country which is valid for at least 6 months. So, probably, your visa application is rejected bcz of that.
