About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Is it easy to get refund of transportation card? How long does it take? Can I use the same transportation card in Hangzhou and Suzhou?

The balance in the card could be refund on the spot if it is less than CNY10. Yes, the card could be used in Hangzhou and Suzhou, but not widely accepted.
