Chengdu Xinnanmen Coach Station, Chadianzi Coach Station and coach stations in Mianyang and Guangyuan have buses to Jiuzhaigou everyday.

Do you mean Huanglong Valley?There are tourism bus from jiuzhaigou to huanglong. It starts at 07:00 and arrive at about 11:00.
