i lost my luggage in beijing, cronology is we travel by singapore airline from jakarta to singapore by sq967 on 5 jul 2010 at 2015, and continue to beijing by sq800 on 6 jul 2010 at 0110.
when we arrived in beijing i try to get my luggage, but because of time constrain about 1 hour 10 minute, i can't find my luggage and then i reporte to desk officer nd she guided me to go to counter number 27. when i reported to counter 27 and explain about my luggage and my final destination to mongolia, the lady on duty give me a sticker to continue my journey to mongolia and she explained to me that the singapore airline will take care about my luggage to mongolia.
when i arrived in mongolia, i can't find my luggage and reported to the airport, i fill the lost form, and after two days the luggage is not come.
i need your assistance, i live in indonesia and i will travel back from mongolia by air china on 10 jul 2010 at 1820 by ca 956, and expexting arrive in beijing 2030.
i will continue to singapore on 11 jul 2010 by sq 801 at 0045 an arrive in singapore at 0700.
would you please, assist me to find best solution for my luggage.
in mongolia, i am living in chinggis khaan hotel until 10 jul 2010, room number 821.
