About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

IT is my first trip to China, please tell me procedure for Arrivals. Arriving on Monday the 12th. My flight originates in. Los Angeles on Air China, stopping in Beijing transferring to Shanghai .
Is it close to pick up my baggage, then Customs & Immigration. Will there be signs in English directing me to Baggage Claim, then on to Customs?

Well, you will make an international to domestic transfer in T3 of Beijing Airport. If so, I think you could refer to the transfer guide of Beijing Capital Airport introduced on this website. Please turn to read the transportation part of Beijing on this website.
