All of these places are must in Beijing. It is suggested that you ask a travel agency to help finish the tour since 3 days will be urgently for you to visit them by yourself. Well, this website does supplies such kind of itinerary, please check for a reference: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/beijing.htm

When you arrive in Beijing on Dec 26, you could go to visit the Hutong around Shichahai Area, such as Nan Luo Gu Xiang, Yandai Xiejie and then experience the local nightlife at Houhai. Then, from 27 to 29, please follow the tour guide to visit the places you mentioned.

Of course, you could go to visit the Summer Palace on Dec 29 and then do shopping in the afternoon. In the early morning, you could walk down to the south end of the Wangfujing Street and then take the subway Line 1 to Xidan. Here, please transfer to metro Line 4 which could drive you to the Summer Palace around 30 minutes. It will take you about 3~4 hours to travel around the park at least. Anyway, you could take the metro back to downtown area around 14:00, ample time for shopping:)
