Would importing a piano be taxable?

Hello, I'm an ex-pat living in China and I have been here for some time. Would importing a piano be taxable if I am living here in residence with a permit but a foreign passport?

I see someone has asked the question as they were moving here. Would it be different for me who is already living here?
