I am coming to Shanghai with a group of 20 people and we are going to Expo on Tue 05 Oct.  We have prepurchased group tickets.  We are staying at the Sofitel Hyland Hotel in Nanjing Road.  Because there are 20 of us, before we leave Australia, would it be best to prepurchase a coach transfer from the hotel to the Expo Site and which would be the best entrance to start at?We will each return to the hotel at different times so how difficult will that be and are there any suggestions for the best way to get back to the hotel by public transport?  Will there be information booths where we can ask for help in English to find our way back. How do we go about booking a visit to the China Pavillion?Thank you for your helpJan

When getting to the Expo Site, you can take Subway Line 8 and get off at South Xi Zang Road Station, there you can get to the Xi Zang Nan Lu Entrance and Exit.For your return to your hotel, you can still take Subway Line 8 or 66 Air-conditioned Bus, when take Bus 66, you should get on at Madang Lu Entrance and Exit and alight at He Nan Zhong Lu Nan Jing Dong Lu (河南中路南京东路) Stop, there you just need to walk about 5 minutes along Nanjing Lu Pedestrian.When booking a ticket to China Pavilion, you need to enter the site as early as possible and make the reservation at the machine at the entrance, the volunteers will help you. BTW, the reservation ticket of China Pavilion are very popular that they always got no one left in about 10 minutes after the site was open. If you are afraid of losing your way back, you can just bring with everyone of you a paper with the Chinese Version of Hotel Name on it, when getting lost, just show the paper to taxi driver and they'll bring you back to your hotel.
