i will be vising shanghai in a week from now for a period of 30days. Please suggest vegetarian hotels whch is not too pricey. hopefully i will be put up in one of the hotel leyuan road

Actually, every restaurants do cook vegetarian dishes. If you would like to have dinner at these authentic vegetarian restaurants, I'm afraid that no reasonable price could be found. Vegetarian food is not so popular in China that the restaurant always charges high.
