Here I recommend you this hotel: Guozhan Gongyu(顺义区天竺镇公园街10号)  They provide picking service, you can reserve and ask the hotel staff to pick you at the airport. By the way, why don't you just take the airport shuttle bus which operating till the last flight to downtown?
