About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Am flying into Beijing on Continental Airlines and arriving 13:50 and taking Singapore Airlines onwards to Singapore at 16:00. Both airlines I think are in T3, correct? Do I need to collect my baggage to transfer or not?

Yes, you are right, Both airline are in T3.
You need to collect your baggage to transfer.
