Generally speaking, booking tickests in advance through the internet is expensive. Maybe you can book it in advance through a tour team or through telephone.

When will you come to Shanghai Expo? If it is July and August of the travel peak time, it is suggested that you purchase the train ticket via an agent in advance. The Shanghai Train Station doesn't support ticket booking or purchse onlun currently.
