I understand that there have been problems with people using electric wheelchairs when they don't require them. What kind of document is required to prove that a wheelchair is required?

A little bit puzzled! As I know, the Expo Park has set several places to lend electronic wheelchairs to handicapped and elders for free. No document is required at all. On the other hand, handicapped could also bring their own wheelchair to the Expo park, neither document.

As for a baby car, sometimes you should show the birth certificate to the staff that the baby is under 2 years old.
