We will be in Shanghai as part of a music group performing at the expo in early July 2010. I have Celiac disease (gluten intolerant) and I need to find restaurants and groceries that will be safe for me to eat during our week stay. Since we are staying in a hotel, my ability to cook for myself will be impossible. Any suggestions please??
