About:Hong Kong Disneyland

Hi,
We are planning on going to Hong Kong on December 12th. So we will have 3 days (4 nights) from 13-15 to visit the tourist attractions. We are leaving Hong Kong on the 16th December. We want to visit Disneyland (is 1 day long enough to explore all of it?). We also want to visit the Madame Tussauds wax museum, avenue of stars, the buddha statue at Latau Island and do some shopping.
This is how we planned to do it:
13th: Disneyland
14th: Buddha statue in the daytime and wax museum at night
15th:Shopping in the daytime and avenue of stars at night.
Can you please let me know if this is a good plan or if u have any suggestions?
Thank you
