About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Dear sir, i have Chinese wife, but now i have just marriage certificate from Pakistan not from china, so can i get the L visa if i have invitation letter from my wife and also her ID card copy?.

The marriage license from Pakistan should be first signed before a notary office in Pakistan, then certificated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and Chinese embassy/consulate in Pakistan. The marriage license should be translated into Chinese version first by a laywer or a translator who has sweared in a court.

Then you can apply for China L visa for visiting your wife, the invitation letter and the ID card copy from your wife are required.
