You can divide your trip in three parts.
First, as the Madame Tussauds is located at West Nanjing Road, you can visit Nanjing Road and then go to visit the Madame Tussauds.
Second, come to Lujiazui to visit Shanghai World Financial Center and Jin Mao Tower. At night to see the Huangpu River Cruise and the Oriental Pearl Tower which is just stands between the Yangpu and Nanpu bridges.
Third, go to the century Ave to visit the Science and Technology Museum.

It depends on you about the sites you want to visit in one day. Maybe you can use three days to visit them.
