About:Embassy of Tajikistan in China

I want to travel from Tajikistan to China using the border crossing. Do you know if the border is currently open?

Kulma Pass, 13.9 km from Karasu. It is open all day.

Thank you for the previous information. Another question I have is about a single entry two week visa and the GBOA permit. Is it for a Dutch (NLD) national possible to obtain both at the airport or would I need to get these in Brussels? Thank you for your reply.
