About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

I'm an Irish man living in London. I wish to get married to a Chinese lady in Nanning. I went to the Irish embassy with a statutory declaration and they prepared a Certificate of Non-Impediment but the registrar in Nanning wants a stamp form the Chinese embassy in London. the Chinese embassy in London want a stamp from the British foreign and commonwealth office. The British foreign and commonwealth office will not legalise a document issued by a foreign country. my next step will be to try the Chinese embassy in Dublin. Any ideals please

Mr.Ronan, the Certificate of Non-Impediment should be first certificated by Ireland Foreign Affairs Office and then certificated by the Chinese embassy in Dublin.
