About:Xian Xianyang International Airport

I am traveling from Lanzhou and heard that there is a train station very close to the Xi'an Airport. Is this true? Which one is it? Thanks!

Xian Airport is located far from downtown area, of course from Xian Railway Station. However, there is a shuttle bus running from the airport to the train station, taking about one hour at most.

If I go from Lanzhou to the train station in the city of Xianyang, is that closer than the downtown train station?

Yes, you could take a train to reach Xianyang Railway Station and then take a cab or shuttle bus to the airport, which is located about 15km away.
