HI DEAR SIR  .I AFRIEND IN NEPAL.HIM   WANNA TO GO TO HK FOR VISIT ME.  I  GIVE GARANTY  OF HIM.  I HAVE ID HK BUT IS NOT PERMANEN      .BECAUSE    ME IN HK ONLY   TO GET WORK'. The Nepal applicants, if apply for visa to visit/transit HK for the first time, should apply directly to the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). You can send the below documents to your friend as his sponsor in Hk, Application for Entry for Visit/Transit (Sponsor) in Hong Kong (ID 1003B)   Photocopy of the sponsor's Hong Kong identity card    Photocopy of the sponsor's travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry, and the latest arrival stamp/extension of stay label in the HKSAR (for non-permanent resident of the HKSAR only)
