About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
I would like to enquire about if we are opening a office in China & I need to go down to the China Embassy to apply for a authenfication certificate. Can you please advice me? I've already got all relevant document from the Singapore side.

2. certificated by the Singapore Foreign Affairs Ministry
3. authenticated by the China embassy in Singapore
