About:China Consulate in Houston

My son, his wife and their four year old child are in China on visas obtained from your office earlier, and they need some documents authenticated and sent to them as follows. I have my grandchild's Birth Certificate which has been certified by the MS State Dept. of Health Vital Records and authenticated by the State of MS Secretary of State. I also have their Marriage Certificate which has been certified by same and authenticated by same. What do I need to do now to obtain further authentication. Do I bring the documents to Houston for authentication or is there another step before that? Please advise as soon as possible as this is required within the next 10 days. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for the information. Is there any kind of Application that needs to be attached to the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate, or are the two documents all that are needed for authentication by the Consulate General's Office in Houston? Thank you.
