My son, his wife and their four year old child are in China on visas obtained from your office earlier, and they need some documents authenticated and sent to them as follows. I have my grandchild's Birth Certificate which has been certified by the MS State Dept. of Health Vital Records and authenticated by the State of MS Secretary of State. I also have their Marriage Certificate which has been certified by same and authenticated by same. What do I need to do now to obtain further authentication. Do I bring the documents to Houston for authentication or is there another step before that? Please advise as soon as possible as this is required within the next 10 days.
