About:Shanghai Transportation

Hi, I plan to go Shanghai Expo in September. I'll stay in Holiday Inn Pudong at DONG FANG ROAD for 3 days. IS it near to Expo and subway or bus station?
Then I'll stay at Holiday Inn Down Town at HENG FENG ROAD. Does anyone know if both the hotels are clean, comfortable and convenient?

Any recommendation for Hangzhou hotel and places of interest? I will only spend 1.5 days in Hangzhou.

1. this hotel is located close to the metro Line 4 and Line 6. By metro Line 4, please get off at Luban Road station or Xizangnan Road station, from where you could enter into Zone D and Zone E fo the expo park. By metro Line 6, you could get off at Gaoke Xi Road station, where the Zone A of the park is located. The Holiday Inn Downtown is located close to Shanghai Railway Station. Both of these two hotels have good praise although not as good as these luxurious 5-star rated hotel.

As for Hangzhou, it is suggested that you visit the charming West Lake, the Lingyin Temple and the ancient Qinghefang Street in the 1.5 days. Actually, the West Lake will take you no less than a half day for visiting. BTW, you'd better book a hotel or hostel close to the West Lake.
