how can i arrange to ship a 18 kg box of gifts items from shenzhen to singapore ?

How can I arrange to ship a 18 kg box of gifts items from Shenzhen to Singapore ? Do not want to use EMS, prefer the cheaper ordinary postal sea freight. Is there any China Post branch at Luohu Commercial city that handles this ? How long does it takes and is sea freight service reliable ? Many thanks

I usually use road and water freight and it seems safe. :-) I think it will reach singapore 2 weeks later, no more than one month. There is a small post office on F1 of Luohu Commercial City.
