i will be in shanghai in next mounth and i'll stay in shanghai jin xuan hotel at 238 nandan dong road xuhui would you please tell me how do i get ther from pudong airport thanks alot

You can take subway Line 2 from Pudong Airport to People's Square and then change to Line 1 to Xujiahui. Get out from Exit 2, then walk 2 minutes to the hotel.
