About:Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar

Hello,
We (I any my wife) want to participate in ICCSIT 2010 conference on 11 July 2010 in (UESTC) University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. I want to travel to this city at 8 July.
I have two questions:
1- Can you tell me best hotel position which near to UESTC and have a cost about 50-60$ per day?
2- Does Any Cheap tour exist which shows us below locations or part of them based on their priorities:
a. Panda Beering
b. Chengdu, Du Jiang Yan/Qing Cheng Mountain.
c. Emei Mountain/Le Shan Buddha.
d. Jiu Zhai Gou.
e. Sanxingdu

1) I have found these hotels are within 2km from UESTC with a cheap rate: Chengdu Taiji Business Hotel, Chengdu Xiaoqiyizhan Hotel (Jinsejiayuan Branch), Chengdu Home Inn (Xinhonglu Branch), Chengdu Hexie Xiyuan Hotel, and Chengdu Home Inn (Yushalu Branch).
