About:Beijing Travel Tips

we plan to visit Beijing for 3 days. Which places are a must to visit. Is Beijing a good place for bargain shopping or should we leave that for Shanghai?

Beijing is much different from Shanghai , Beijing is more troditional. you can bargin in some market like Xiushui Jie, but other splendid store , they don't bargin....

You definatley bargain in Shanghai but in Beijing not as much.....you can to personal vendors on the street or walking around the summer palace, etc.

Our Chinese guide told us about Silk street which is where all the really good fake name brands are. We have found you can haggle a fair bit in Beijing.
