Hi,

I plan to visit Liqiang this year. One of the concerns that my ladies have is the toilets. I would like to know, are they squat or pedestral type? Squatting can be a painful experience for them due to back injuries.

I have no doubt the beauty and the rich cultural aspects of Liqiang - having seen some beautiful pictures of tourist attractions. Therefore I would love taking snapshots of them on my own. By the way, what sort of temperasture can we expect in the months of Sept and Oct?

They are squatty potties for the most part in public places but the high end hotels feature normal toilets

Been there end of May 2010 and the cable car is closed from April 2010 for one year for environmental reasons.

Was there just 2 weeks ago. Better have an umbrella handy cos the toilets have no doors! Expect to be suffocated in the toilets..haha.
