hi,i want go to suzhou from shanghai,but the firt train start at the 05.30 abaut,for me it's very soon, can i arrive in suzhou by bus?

Do you mean too early or a bit late for you? There are many trains every day, you can find at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/Shanghai South Bus Station, SHanghai Bus terminal all  have regular buses to Suzhou. The first bus is about at 7：00am in the morning.

for me it is too early. have I seen the list of the shanghai trains for suzhou but are they 2 trains one to the 5.30 and another at 16,00 o'clock only there because I don't find other schedules?
