we plan to go zhangjiajie in sept, what the weather like and how could we take cruise along thhe river?

Mid-September is the best time to visit. The weather is fine and the temperature is about 20-26 degrees in forest, warmer in the city center of Zhangjiajie. Cruise along which river?
