About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi

I am a permanant Australian resident for over 30 years but on a Sri Lankan passport and looking to travel to Hong Kong in early July for a few days for some shopping with my sister & nephew (both on Australian passports). Was planning to leave Melbourne next month, so am pushed for time. How long does it take to organise a visa. I have all the required documentation etc & need to get this very quickly. Any suggestions to expedite.

Regards

S

If yo apply the visa from the China Embassy in Australia, it usually takes 4 working days, but there is also express service.
