1. at the Xin Nan Men Bus Station (namely Chengdu Tourism Distribute Center), there is a bus departing to Daocheng at 10:00 everyday. The bus fare is CNY241/adult. Yes, the bus will stop en route.
2. Before 2009, one entrance ticket was valid to visit Jiuzhaigou two times during every Nov. to next May. However, this policy has been cancelled last year in order to protect the scenic area.

There are do travellers staying in a local house in the valley to save the next entrance fare. However, this method is prohibited by local government. On the other hand, the accommodation condition is also hard especially during winter.
