And what will be the price as I am from India

you may apply for extension of stay ar the local PEB in Hebei. as for the details, you whoudl enquire the psb directly.

I have a tourist visa single entry which will expire in 2 weeks.Can i get a multiple entry for 3 months without leaving shanghai?

You can visit your local PSB to apply for a visa extension, but it can be one month visa only. If you want a multi 3 months visa, you can try a visa agency for this.
