About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Hi,
I would like to know if I need a visa to China if I am making a transfer at Capital airport but not planning to enter mainland China. I am arriving on a SAS flight from Copenhagen and continuing on an Air China flight to Tokyo 6 hours later. Do I need a vise to china for this or can I claim my luggage from Denmark and check in to the flight to Japan without a visa?

In this situation, since the Scandinavian Airlines and Air China are in the same terminal building, you don't need a visa to transfer.
