i'm going to Beijing in two weeks, can anyone suggest me which area and hotel i have to stay to be closer to the best markets.

What kind of markets are you looking for? Actually, I think you could stay at a hotel close to metro station since most of the popular markets of Beijing could be reached by metro easily.
