All the bullet trains from Tianjin to Beijing arrive at Beijign South Railway Station. The Novotel Xin Qiao Hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from Chongwenmen Station of Subway Line 2. So, after you arrive at Beijing South, you can take the Subway Line 4 at Beijing South to go to Xuanwumen Station, and then transfer to Subway Line 2 at Xuanwumen Station and get off at Chongwenmen. All the Subway Stations have both Chinese and English signs, so there is no problem for foreigners to take the subway.

The train fare is CNY69 (first-class seat) and CNY58 (second-class seat) respectively. You can search the train schedule on this site. The train tickets can be bought on site since there are more than 50 trains between the two cities.
