i would like to get an understanding of how the mtr in hongkong works.

Question

I would like to get an understanding of how the MTR in Hongkong works.Assuming I work in Hongkong, and have a car, but would like to travel to work using the MTR, where do I park the car? Are there sufficient parking facilities near the MTR Stations, and what are the charges? Or is it more convenient to take taxi to the station, or even to work?Are there discounts for frequent users for the train and the parking facilities?Thanks.

It is not very easy to find a parking space for your car. Most HK citixen choose to go to work by MTR. Usually, you should pay 20-30HKD per hour for parking in the park lot. So, driver your car for wark or buy a Octopus card to take public transportation for work.
