About:Taiwan Weather

I am planning for nxt yr trip :) i saw there's a 2011 taiwan lantern festival, when does it starts? need any entrance fee? im planning for next yr mid-feb or beginning mar. which is better? thanks!

It is supposed to be Feb 17-27. You should check this before going in case of any changes.
