What is the best (Fastest and Cheapest) way to travel from: Dalian to Nantong? I am travelling in the month of July. Is the weather 'Rainy' at this time in either of the above 2 cities?Thanks! pls.let me know.

Hi dear, Where do you want to go? Nanjing or Nantong?The title says Nanjing while the detail is Nantong.For the 'Rainy', it depends.Because it is the summer in July, basically it is rainy.But now it depends on years. In one year, Dalian had only one rain in whole summer. While in another year, Dalian had the rain twice per week.
