About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

We are going to Shanghai this week and we have some questions:
1. Where can we buy tickets for the acrobatic show? And where are the theaters located?
2. How much would it take to go to Hangzhou from Pudong Airport if we will take a taxi?
3. How do we go to Zhujiajiao from Shanghai? From Zhujiajiao, how do we go to the outlet stores?
4. Can anyone recommend a van for rent from a reputable company?
