You can go to Shiling Leather Town in Guangzhou, it is a large market for leather. You can take the special bus at Huanghuagangm which can get you directly to Shiling.You can also go to Guangzhou  Leather Market on Zhongshan Road.There is a artificial leather market in Baoding, Hebei Province, it is called the Baoding Artificial Leather Products Wholesale Market.
