Shanghai Hutai Bus Station at 1015 Zhongshan North Road has direct bus to Qianshan County. Time is about 8pm. You can get to the bus station in advance to check the information. Get to Anqing City from Qianshan County and then take train to Beijing, 18 hours. To Guanxian, You can take train from Anqing to Liaocheng first. Then take bus at Liaocheng BUs Terminal or Lioacheng West Bus Station to Guanxian. Very close to the county then.
