About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

Dear Admin,

I am a Belgian passport holder who is travelling in KZ and wants to continue onto China. I have just been refused a visa in the consulate of Almaty. Will the embassy in Astana grant me a visa or will it be the same answer?

Maybe it is the same answer. The China embassy/consulate refuses to issue China visa to applicants who are not resident in Kazakhstan.
