how to report a filipino overstay in macau?

how to report a filipino overstay in macau?a filipino lady was sponsord before here in macau but her employer is no longer here in macau.her visa and blue card was already cut but she did not yet surrender her blue card in immigration.that is why she still remains here in macau freely.how can i report her?we live on the same house and i dont want to get in trouble with her.tnx
