I will fly from Bangkok, Thailand to Shanghai and will arrived at "Pudong International Airport" (terminal 2)on date 13 May 2010. at around 05.45 am. and I would like to go to Eton Hotel on Pudong Avenue (Anyhow, I dont want to take a taxi) Kindly, tell me the easiest route I should take and the total amount that will cost me. ( I carry a big luggage with me also) Thank you
