About:China Southern Airlines

I've been trying to get a ticket date moved for a return flight to the US but none of the China Southern numbers have either A) gotten me somebody that can help or B) gotten me somebody that speaks English.

I don't know what to do about this...

Did you book the tickets through a booking agency? If yes, you can contact the agency directly for changing the ticket date. If not, may be you need to visit the airlines’ official web for help.

There's nothing on the website that helps me, the travel agent back in the US is saying "there is nothing they can do to help" (which I don't believe), and the hotline telephone number on the cs air website does not work.
