About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am changing from China Air to Siberian air at beijing airport T3 with only 2.5 hours time. How do i clame my baggage from China Air and then check into Siberian air and then get a bording pass without going through customs, I need to stay in transit.

Get off the plane and go to the Transfer Check-in Area on the second floor where you will check in. Your flight is not connecting flights, so you should go directly the Baggage Claim Hall, and then go through the following domestic departure procedures: baggage checking/boarding pass obtaining, security check, waiting and boarding.
