About:Shenyang Transportation

Hello.
I will be arriving at Shen Yang airport on 26 May and would like to travel to An Shan. I can't speak Chinese, only English and German. Any recommendation what is the best transportation to go? Thank you so much.

You can choose to take train, take long-distance bus or take a taxi. It will be most convenient for you to take a taxi as you cannot sepak Chinese. Have your destination written in Chinese on a paper and show it to the driver when you alight at the airport. The taxi fare is around 150RMB. Do not pay when the driver charges you much higher.

I would recommend buying yourself a small hand held translation computer. They can be found for around $100. If you have never been to China before be prepared for surprises in difference in cultures. Just remember the saying "When in Rome do as the Romans do" and be very careful about food and water.

Hi Mr Ollie from Australia. I have personally been to Anshan before. You can go by bus or by train from Shenyang. You can buy your bus ticket or your train ticket from the stations respectively.When you arrive Shenyang you can ask the youths at random for directions.It would shock you that a lot of Shenyangners (lol) can communicate a little bit in English
